What are some good discount juniors clothing stores i can shop at online?

I am not talking about paying $20 for a top or a pair of shorts. i’m talkin $5-$10 atmost.
I will pay $20 if it is like a cute dress but if it’s jeans or a shirt, musty be no higher than $10. Thanks!
